Terms of Service
Last revised: June 22, 2026
These Terms of Service explain how you may access and use MusicAura AI for AI music generation, editing, account management, paid plans, downloads, and related creator tools. By using the service, creating an account, starting a generation, or purchasing credits or a subscription, you agree to these terms.
1. Who May Use the Service
You may use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you use the service for a company, client, school, studio, agency, or other organization, you confirm that you have permission to accept these terms for that organization.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting your login credentials. Activity under your account is treated as your activity unless you promptly tell us that your account may have been compromised.
2. What the Service Provides
The service provides AI-assisted tools for generating music, exploring lyrics, separating audio elements, downloading results, managing credits, and using related creative workflows. Features may change as models, licensing requirements, infrastructure, and product priorities evolve.
Generation quality, speed, available formats, model behavior, and download options may vary by plan, traffic level, prompt, source material, and technical limits. We may modify, pause, or remove features when needed to maintain the service, meet legal requirements, prevent abuse, or improve reliability.
3. Your Inputs and Generated Outputs
You are responsible for the prompts, lyrics, audio, titles, references, files, and other material you submit. Do not submit content unless you have the rights and permissions needed to use it with an AI music service.
Subject to your plan, license, and these terms, you may use the generated outputs you receive from the service. AI systems can produce similar or overlapping outputs for different users, so we do not promise that any output is unique, registrable, or free from third-party claims.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, selling, monetizing, or delivering them to a client.
4. Plans, Credits, Billing, and Taxes
Some features may be free, while others require credits, a paid plan, or another paid entitlement. Prices, plan limits, generation quotas, credit rules, renewal terms, and included commercial rights are shown at checkout or inside the product.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period. Credits and plan benefits may expire, reset, or change according to the plan displayed when purchased. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank fees, currency conversion charges, or payment provider fees.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund requests are reviewed under the refund rules that apply when you purchase. Eligibility may depend on request timing, credit usage, whether outputs were downloaded or used, payment status, abuse signals, and the type of plan or credit pack.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges. If a refund is approved, related credits, plan access, downloads, or commercial-use rights may be reduced or removed.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. You may not use the service to create, upload, request, distribute, or promote content or activity that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, invasive, or designed to evade rights or platform rules.
- Do not infringe copyrights, publicity rights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
- Do not impersonate artists, clients, companies, or private people in a misleading way.
- Do not attack, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, resell, or interfere with the platform or its models.
- Do not share accounts, automate credit abuse, bypass limits, commit payment fraud, or use chargebacks as a substitute for the refund process.
7. Ownership of the Platform
The website, interface, models, software, branding, design, documentation, workflows, and platform content are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of the platform or permission to copy, modify, host, sell, or redistribute the service itself.
You may not remove notices, misuse the brand, or claim that generated content was endorsed by us unless we have agreed in writing.
8. Service Availability and Beta Behavior
AI music tools can be experimental. The service may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or affected by model updates, maintenance, demand spikes, third-party providers, network issues, or misuse prevention systems.
We may use automated and manual review methods to detect abuse, protect users, improve safety, and enforce these terms. We are not required to store every generation, draft, upload, or download forever, so you should keep your own copies of files you need.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service, failed to pay, abused credits, shared access improperly, submitted unlawful material, or used the platform in a way that could harm other users, partners, or rights holders.
You may stop using the service at any time. Some obligations, including payment obligations, license limits, ownership terms, disclaimers, and liability limits, continue after account closure.
10. Disclaimers and Liability Limits
The service is provided as available and without promises that it will meet every creative, commercial, legal, technical, or availability requirement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific musical results, copyright clearance, platform acceptance, revenue, audience growth, or business outcomes.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, opportunities, goodwill, or business, even if we were told such damages might occur.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect product changes, legal requirements, safety practices, payment rules, licensing changes, or operational needs. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new revision date.
If you continue using the service after updated terms take effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service and cancel any active subscription before the next renewal.
