MusicAura AI reviews refund requests for paid plans and credit purchases under the rules below. Please read this policy before buying a subscription or credits.

1. Refund eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original purchase.
  • A purchase is not eligible if more than 20 credits from that purchase or subscription period have been used.
  • Refunds are available only for payments made through the official Musicaura checkout flow.
  • Abuse, chargeback fraud, account sharing, policy violations, or completed custom work may make a purchase ineligible.

2. Subscriptions and credit packs

Subscription refunds are reviewed against the purchase date, current billing period, credit usage, and account activity.

Credit pack refunds are reviewed against the pack purchase date and the number of credits already consumed. Used credits, generated outputs, and downloaded files may be considered during review.

3. How to request a refund

If your purchase meets the eligibility rules, send a refund request to support with enough detail for us to locate the order.

  1. Contact support from the email address on your account.
  2. Include the order number, purchase date, account email, payment method, and reason for the request.
  3. Submit the request within 3 days of purchase and avoid using additional credits while the request is under review.

4. Review and processing

After we receive your request, we review the account, order record, credit usage, and payment status. We may ask for more information before making a decision.

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider controls the final posting time.

A processing fee of up to 6% of the original payment may be deducted when payment providers or transaction costs apply.

5. After a refund is approved

Refunded credits, plan access, and related commercial-use entitlements may be removed from the account.

If a refunded purchase was connected to generated music or downloaded files, future use of those outputs may no longer be covered by the paid entitlement linked to that purchase.

6. Policy updates

We may update this refund policy to reflect product, payment, or legal changes. The current version will be posted on this page with the revised date.
